Abstract

This work contributes directly to the knowledge of the author and to a better appreciation of the continuity between personal life and creative work. Access to semibiographical texts, the writing of personal texts such as correspondence, gives an excellent point of view to follow each step of the author's path in its "quotidian" aspect. In the case of Kazantzakis, such an everyday life implies a direct contact with the worries in his work and in everything he lives and sees. He sees the world and writes his thoughts to share them with his wife Galatea.
