The present article seeks to demonstrate the vision that is possibleto open from the philosophical comprehension of the Greek inheritance in thejuridical institutions and in the formation of the political ideas. To this respect,it emphasizes the conceptual and structural force of the cultural Greek legacy incontrast with the meanings that in the philosophy of the right take place.
