Presentation at the National University of Cordoba, Argentina, 1962, technology Chilean urban regulatory plans designed to obtain legally binding, by analyzing the case of the city of Osorno, located in the center of the Los Lagos region, and a general reflection on the changes in thinking Chilean town after the earthquakes of 21 and 22 May 1960 in southern Chile.
